Born to Jagannathan Pillai, a hardworking agriculturist and Ambika Devi, a teacher in Trivandrum, Kerala, J. Binoj proved that lack of institutional education could not be a hindrance for the life of a man of enthusiasm and will power. That’s why, after passing just SSLC in 1991 he came to Dubai in March 1995 and started working as a salesman in a plastic manufacturing company namely, Abu Dhabi Nylon Paper Factory. Then he worked in the cargo division of CD/DVD manufacturing company till 2010. Finally in 2010, he started the present firm, AL MAS with only 2 employees, which now has a minimum of 18 workers.
Binoj, with a benevolent attitude in life, is an Executive Member of Ekatha Association, Sharjah
Binoj is married to Rekha who owns a degree and currently the Manager of AL MAS. The couple is blessed with three daughters, Vaishnavvi, a grade 3 student in Sharjah Our Own English High School, Parvati an KG1 kid and Lakshmi, who is just 11 months old.
