Dr. Sangeeth Ibrahim hails from Thalassery, Kerala. Co-existence is the maxim that leads Dr. Sangeeth in his life. This purpose is reflected in everything that he does, at work and in the community. . He is an Electronics Engineer with an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources Management. He holds a Ph.D on Employee Retention and Engagement. Currently he is marking time as the Vice President and the Head of the Learning and Development Division and Business Excellence Team leader in Sharjah Islamic Bank.
His mission in life is to help organizations, people and the community excel.
He holds 10 reputed International Accreditations in Psychology and Leadership Development.
Destination Success UAE
Dr. Sangeeth Ibrahim runs an online Community titled Destination Success UAE that can be reached at http://www.facebook.com/dest.successuae. This community has over 3500 active members. DSUAE regularly conducts free programs for Parents, Teachers and Students. DSUAE was inaugurated by Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam, the former President of India. DS also conducts a free monthly program called Soar to discuss Youth Development issues. DS was featured in the Jan 2014 issue of the International Indian. In April 2016 DSUAE conducted the first Family Conference of the region that was attended by over 900 Students, Teachers and parents. In 2017 May the second edition of program was conducted. This had participation from 12 schools in the region.
Dr. Sageeth Ibrahim in Focus
After obtaining a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication from Manipal Institute of Technology in 1998 and an MBA from PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore in 2000, he started his career in the Solution Selling industry in India and moved on to software Project Management and business development. After working in leading software houses like Microsoft and eDocuMAN FZ LLC, Dr. Ibrahim made a career shift from Sales and Marketing to HRM in 2006. His objective is to make associates more effective by motivating them to dream bigger, strive harder and achieve more. Ibrahim has conducted several multi day workshops in various countries of the world including UK, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, and all the GCC Countries.
He also serves as the Team Leader of the Dubai Quality Award and the Dubai Human Development Awards run by the Department of Economic Development, Government of Dubai. He serves as an assessor at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the Innovation Awards run by the Dubai Chamber.

He has published two papers on Employee Retention in the prestigious International Society of Organizational Research. He was awarded the Asian HR Leadership award in 2012 by the confederation of businesses for his contributions to Learning and Development in the region. In 2014 he was awarded the Rising Star recognition by PSG Institute of Management. In 2016 he was honoured with the prestigious Shaikh Hamdan Award for the Distinguished Family.
Professional duties aside, Dr. Ibrahim pursues the fulfilment of his self-actualization needs by working for the society. He has conducted various personality development workshops for Youth, Parents, Teachers and youth in cooperation with several leading voluntary organizations.
Dr. Ibrahim used to run his own fortnightly show on NTV, a popular local channel on the e-vision network wherein he interviews academicians and top performing students using NLP modelling techniques. He also conducts soft skill trainings for bankers at the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial studies.
Personal & family facts:
Dr. Sangeeth Ibrahim belongs to the prominent Ambalathuveettil Palarikkal ancestry of Guruvayur. His father, Late. A.P. Ibrahim was a principal and professor and his mother, Dr. Captain. Aysha Ibrahim was an Army Doctor. Dr. Sangeeth is married to Dr. Sunaina Iqbal, who holds a Ph.D in Education Management and is now leading Doors Performance Consultancy. The couple is blessed with two children, Amaan Ibrahim and Jehan Ibrahim. Amaan and Jehan are studying in Grade 11 and Grade 4 respectively. They have won many accolades in their academic life. Amaan has been conferred the Sharjah Volunteer Award from the Government of Sharjah and Princess Diana Legacy Award from the British Government. Jehan has also won the Princess Diana Award.
