Bindu Mohan is a B Tech. (Electrical) degree holder from the NSS Engineering College, Palghat under the University of Calicut and is presently working at JAAS Electro Mechanical LLC in Dubai. She did the B Tech. degree after completing her B Sc. in Physics. She is an Electrical Engineer with vision and committed to career development especially in the field of quality improvement and productivity. She has been working with the company for the past five years. Prior to joining the JAAS Electro Mechanical LLC in Dubai, she has worked as a Teacher of Physics & Mechanics at Cambridge International School, Qatar and as Lecturer at Masahniamman Institute of Engineering, Kayamkulam.
During her school and College days Bindu Mohan had won several Awards at the State and University level. While at the school, she was a winner at the state level for Folk Dance as well as Classical Dance on several occasions. At the University level also she has won several awards for Mohiniattom and Folk Dance.
She was Arts Club Secretary of NSS Engineering College while doing her B Tech. degree course. She was also NSS Representative of AKCAF. She is also very active with the various socio-cultural associations in Dubai and actively participate in the dance events during the functions organized by the organizations on various occasions. She is an Executive Committee Member of the NSS College Alumni Association and KERA.
Even amidst her busy schedules as an Electrical Engineer, Bindu Mohan finds time for social activities. She teaches and prepares children for dance events.

Hailing from Cheravally near Kayamkulam in Alappuzha District she is born to Parameswaran Pillai an Ex. Service Personnel and late Santha Kumari who was a teacher at NRPM High School Keerikkad, Kayamkulam.. Her family include, husband B. Mohan Kumar an Engineer and businessman and a son Sreekanth Mohan Kumar doing B Tech. .(Mechanical Engineering) 1st year at NIT Calicut and daughter Surya Gayathri doing 7th Grade at Indian High School, Dubai.
