B. Mohan Kumar, a B Sc Engg. (Mechanical) degree holder from the Thangal Kunju Musliar College of Engineering, Kollam is a rank holder of the University of Kerala in 1983, and specialized in Business Management is the General Manager of JAAS Electro Mechanical LLC in Dubai. He is an Engineer committed to career development especially in the field of quality improvement and productivity. He has been working as General Manger of the organization for the past five years.
Prior to joining the JAAS Electro Mechanical LLC in Dubai, he has worked as Assistant General Manager in the Watch Division of Hindustan Machine Tools (HMT) a Public Sector Undertaking in India for over 15 years. While in HMT, after training at Bangalore, he was posted at Nainital. He has also worked as Manager of Materials Department at Black Cat, Qatar for eight years.
Even amidst his busy schedules as an engineer, Mohan Kumar finds time for social service as well. While at Nainital, he has worked for the up-liftment of the Pahadi villagers, even without caring for the barriers of language.
He is an Executive Committee Member of the TKMCE Alumni Association and actively participate in the welfare activities conducted by it. He is also associated with various Malayali organizations in Dubai.

Mohan Kumar is a member of the Aikerethu family of Kattanam, near Pallickal in Alappuzha District and is born to Bhaskaran Nair a retired teacher and Thankamma Nair a house wife. His family include, wife Bindu Mohan an Engineer and a son Sreekanth Mohan Kumar doing B Tech.(Mechanical Engineering) 1st year at NIT Calicut and daughter Surya Gayathri doing 7th Grade at Indian High School, Dubai.
