Dr Mohammed Shafi Abdulla is an ICT professional with 20 years of experience in areas of telecommunication, IT, network, security, software and business process management. A former employee of Etisalat, he also has remarkable experience in the management fields including telecommunications, ICT and CRM. He is an accomplished market research professional with more than 20 years of market experience in strategy & business performance management and MAP analysis. Dr Shafi has actively participated in process development and re-engineering to match the solution problems. Besides, he has worked with executive committee and sales directors/ VPs to set up goals that determined performance quotas and strategic business objectives (SBOs).

Education
Mohammed Shafi came to Dubai in 1980, at the age of seven. His schooling was at UAE Government School. Later he pursued BBA at American University, Dubai. In 2009, Dr Shafi joined Manchester Business School for MBA, where he studied International Business Strategies, Marketing, Finance, Business System and Operation Management.

Family
Dr Mohamed Shafi Abdulla, hailing from Pazhayangadi in Kannur district, was born to the late Abdulla Haji K V and Haleema. He is married to Rasha, a home maker. The couple is blessed with five children- sons Majid, an 8th standard student, Abdulla, a 7th standard student, Ameen, a 4th standard student and Hamid Adil, a KG 2 student. Their only daughter Fatima Reem is two months old.
Dr Mohamed Shafi is a life member of Sharjah Indian Association and also a member of Indian Business Profile Club (IBPC).
During free time, Dr Shafi enjoys playing chess and writing down his thoughts in Arabic.
