Here the institute is in the specialized field of Clinic(Medical).On 2005 January 1st started own poly clinic. He also started Poly Clinic at Quisais Dubai in the name of Al Abeer Poly Clinic.
Having qualified in BA. LLB, Mr. Niyaz belongs to University Calicut at Thenhipalam. He is interested in Driving, cricket and enjoy reading. He is now settled at Dubai with his wife Mrs. Shameena, who is a housewife. The couples are blessed with 4 daughters, Thanha, Minha, Faiha and Lamha.
