Ajayakumar started his career, when he joined the Everest—–company at Sharjah in 1989. In 1994 he went to Reem al Wadi( Fright forwarding Company) as Manager. He then formed the company AAA Freight with partnership on 1996. At the year 2000, he worked as managing director in Merdif Cargo. And in 2004 onwards started own business in the name of Tigris logistics and Shipping LLC.
He is a member of social organizations- Emirate Arts Society, sruthilaya,OICC Kollam, Kollam Pravasi Sangamam and Lions Club of TVM.
Being a B.com graduate, Ajayakumar belongs to Lakshmi Vilas at Kottiyam in Kollam. His wife Mrs Geetha Kumari, is a teacher at Kerala. The couples have two children, Aarathy and Aruna. Aarathy is in 5th standard and Aruna in 1st standard.
